Cooking instructions

🌿 Healthy tip · Salt

Use only natural spices without salt additives. If you want to use salt, then Himalayan or Celtic Sea salt is recommended. No more than 3 g per day. However, do not be afraid of salt, because it is needed for our joints and for restoring mineral balance.

  1. Season the chicken breast with a mixture of salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, or any other spices you enjoy.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a small amount of oil over high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken breast for about 1 minute on each side.
  4. Then transfer it to a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the salad by combining chickpeas, tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
  6. Season with fresh lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil.
  7. Place the warm chicken breast on top of the salad and serve.
